I’m a mid-fifties male who was living life quite happily. I was active and closed my fitness rings on my Apple Watch religiously.

I was initially diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (PPMS) in 2023. This working title was confirmed in 2024. This blog is about my not-so-interesting story.

While there won’t be daily updates, thankfully, I will post about any significant events that arise.

I’m no writer, so there won’t be any long posts. I’m pretty happy to read the TL;DR¹ of any post. If it interests me, I’ll read more.
